Yummi® Candles has been manufacturing candles since 1976 and we take pride in having the best quality candles and service. Therefore our unwavering commitment to our customers includes NO time limit and NO restocking fees of any kind on returns or exchanges.
How to make a return / exchange
Returns must be authorized by a Customer Service representative. Customer must provide a return tracking number, Order Number, and items to be returned in order to receive a refund.
1. All items should be in brand new condition and shipped in the original product packaging.
2. Contact our Customer Service department. They will confirm your claim for a return or exchange. Please provide your ORDER NUMBER and reason for return.
3. Put your ORDER NUMBER on the box and securely pack items with the same care we have in order to prevent breakage.
4. Allow up to one week upon return of goods for funds to be credited to your original method of payment (minus any original shipping costs) or an exchange made.
All carrier costs including original shipping charges and shipping charges incurred for any returns or exchanges are not refundable.
US CUSTOMERS We ask that you do not send any returns to our Canadian address or you will be responsible for paying any additional duties & fees imposed by Customs. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and you’d like to return or exchange your order, please choose the carrier of your choice, however, we do suggest you choose a carrier that will allow you to track your package(s)
